Located beneath a protected building on Prague’s Old Town Square, Black Angels Bar occupies a historic Gothic cellar facing the Prague's Astronomical Clock. Inspired by early 20th-century cocktail culture and classic speakeasy interiors, the space blends cinematic atmosphere with operational precision.
Valecasa was chosen to design and manufacture custom furniture for the project, working closely within strict heritage constraints. Using Indonesian teak, full-grain cowhide, brass, and onyx, we produced durable, made-to-measure pieces that support both the bar’s atmosphere and its daily performance.
The venue remains internationally recognized among the world’s leading cocktail destinations, including placements in the Tales of the Cocktail rankings in New Orleans.
