The timeframe for production varies based on the design complexity and the total number of SKUs in your order. Typically, our standard production period falls within 50-80 days after we receive the deposit payment.
Our MOQ is a 20ft container. While we do accept multiple SKUs in a single shipment, it's important to note that each SKU has its own specific MOQ, which is incorporated into the product pricing. These MOQs are flexible and can be discussed with the client, subject to potential adjustments.
In cases where a product exhibits any form of defect, we are committed to swiftly arranging a direct replacement.
This assurance pertains specifically to defects arising from the production process. It's important to clarify that this guarantee does not extend to issues resulting from transportation, misuse, improper assembly, or deliberate damage.

Production process starts upon a received down-payment of 50% from total Invoice. Prices do not include bank charges. Balance payments are against Documents.
